Terms & Conditions

All Things Auto Glass provides professional automotive glass repair and replacement services with a commitment to quality and safety. While we take every precaution to ensure the highest standard of workmanship, the following terms apply:

Liability

All Things Autoglass is not liable for any pre-existing damage, rust, structural issues, or concealed defects in the vehicle that may affect the integrity or outcome of the glass installation or repair.

​Conditions of Warranty

Our warranty specifically covers defects in workmanship only and expressly excludes the following:

  • Damage from any impacts.

  • Rust or corrosion on any part of the vehicle, including issues with rust or faulty rubber seals.

  • Physical damage including impact damage.

  • Environmental deterioration.

  • Abuse or misuse by the driver or owner of the vehicle; negligent acts or omissions by the owner or any driver of the vehicle.

  • Defects or issues not brought to our attention within a reasonable timeframe; further damage caused to the vehicle due to unreported issues will not be covered under this warranty.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Faults inherent to the vehicle (including existing manufacturing faults).

  • Usage of the vehicle or removal of adhesive tape before the advised time.

  • Removal of paint or adhesive tapes used during the service.

All Things Auto Glass Pty Ltd will not be responsible for the removal of any aftermarket or second-hand accessories attached to your glass (e.g., dash cams, GPS, and reversing cameras) or for any damage to those accessories or your glass caused or contributed to by their removal.

Additional Terms

Vehicles fitted with cameras must be recalibrated for the warranty to be valid. We do not guarantee calibration by the dealer manufacturer and are not liable for the vehicle while in the dealer’s care. A receipt must be provided for any guarantee to be valid.

This warranty is non-transferable.

Glass Quality

Replacement glass may be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or equivalent aftermarket quality, based on availability and customer choice. We do not guarantee a perfect colour, tint, or pattern match to existing glass.

Mobile Service

Mobile repairs or replacements are provided based on weather and site safety conditions. If conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment.

​Insurance Claims

While we assist with insurance claims, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify coverage and obtain authorisation from their insurer. All Things Autoglass is not liable for denied claims.

Adhesive Cure Time

Customers must follow all post-installation instructions, including required cure times for adhesives. Driving the vehicle before the recommended safe drive-away time may compromise safety and void the warranty.

By using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that All Things Autoglass is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of this agreement.
